¥9M to ¥10M, based on experience and ability
Working hours

Background

The business is in a rapid growth phase, making organizational foundations and governance urgent management priorities.

We are not looking for a corporate administration head who merely aggregates and manages numbers from each department. We need someone who deeply understands what is happening in sales, development, and customer success, works with front-line players to build the numbers, and extends that into accurate future forecasts.

We also see potential to package the management know-how refined internally as BPO and turn it into a new revenue business.

Main responsibilities

  • Business and management control that enters the business: budget and KPI management with the field, improved forecasting accuracy, and support for strategy and business planning
  • Lead and manage corporate functions: HR, general affairs, accounting, legal, and information systems, including member management, workflow review, and DX
  • Strengthen governance and compliance: build internal controls, risk management systems, and company rules
  • Build culture and solve management issues: bridge management and the field, identify organizational issues, and execute measures

Requirements

  • Accounting experience at a business company, including ability to discuss journal-entry judgments and accounting policy with executives
  • Broad hands-on experience across accounting, HR, general affairs, legal, and other corporate functions, roughly seven or more years
  • Communication ability to speak with business members as peers, understand the business, and convert it into numbers
  • Smooth communication with executives and leadership that involves the whole company
  • Ability to act as a playing manager and execute work directly

Preferred

  • Experience at a venture, startup, or rapidly growing company
  • Experience in corporate planning, business planning, FP&A, or another role that builds business numbers
  • Experience building and operating budget control or forecasts with business teams
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects
  • Experience leading workflow improvement or system implementation

Profile

  • Can work close to management, take a management perspective, and drive company-wide optimization
  • Can enter the business field instead of staying inside corporate functions, understand the business, and speak through numbers
  • Wants to go beyond past-number management and forecast the future from business structure
  • Enjoys fast-changing environments and can respond flexibly and quickly
  • Wants to pursue back-office work as a business opportunity, not just administration
  • Wants to participate in management in the future

Selection process

  1. 1Document screening
  2. 2First interview with executive or HR leader
  3. 3Web aptitude test
  4. 4Final interview with CEO
  5. 5Offer meeting
